Parcel Service). Please
allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive.
If your shipment is not delivered within 14 business days
please call our Customer Service toll-free number at

We will track your package and get
it out to you as soon as possible. NOTE:
We currently only drop ship to the Continental U.S. (48
States). We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii and many
other Countries Internationally. This however does not cover all
Countries. Extra charges will apply. The non-48 States
shipments will have a slight delay in shipping but, No BrAiner
GiFts will promptly get your merchandise there as soon as possible.
On Occasion items might be
out of stock. By chance this might happen please be advised that
your account will be credited the full amount of purchase, along
with shipping/handling charges. Please allow 24-48 hours for

you’re not satisfied with your merchandise or if the merchandise
was broken during shipment, please return your merchandise within
thirty (30) days or less. Returns
must be accompanied with receipt/copy of the purchase invoice. After 30 days all sales are final. We
will exchange, replace (when available) or give you a full credit
for the merchandise
to your charge card less shipping charges. Customer will not be
refunded shipping charges and is fully responsible for any
shipping charges incurred due to return of merchandise under any
circumstance. Merchandise
must be in new condition (unless broken in shipment) and returned
in its original packaging. ***Return
merchandise by United States Postal Service only. *IMPORTANT* UPS
(United Parcel Service Ground) will not
deliver to our P.O. Box so please make sure you return merchandise
